Cancellation Policy
Please note that a maximum of one cancelled lesson due to bad weather will be rescheduled the week after the term finishes. I will not refund any sessions due to circumstances beyond my control. If over half the lesson has been completed before bad weather means the lesson has to be cancelled this will count as a completed lesson. As this is an exclusive group there will be a maximum of players in the session. All players must be a member of Hawkhurst tennis club in order to join in with the coaching sessions, membership can be found on Hawkhurst tennis clubs website. Payment for lessons must be via bank transfer or via my website upfront for the term and be received by the first session of term to ensure your place. At times I may photograph or video parts of classes for use on social media and advertising, please let me know if I do not have permission to take photos/videos of you, or your children.
